We have so many new communication tools in play that I can't remember where I saw a message regarding RSS feeds for Luminus. I think it was from Suzanne and I think it was Luminus but I can't remember and don't know where to find it! Can anyone help? Thanks - Marcia

Suzanne posted a note about RSS feeds in the CMS (not Luminis) on June 29. I looked at Luminis and can't find a way to add your own RSS feeds, just the pre-defined IWU news, headlines, etc; but you can add your own Quicklinks. I added our blog as a Quicklink, then moved the Quicklink box up so it's actually viewable from the my.iwu page. Hope this makes sense, give me a call if not.
There doesn't seem to be a way in Bloglines, but I followed a link from the ACRL page and saw some other services suggested: http://staff.philau.edu/bells/rss.htm#four

Rick Lindquist came over and set up a google RSS feed for me. it was easy to do.
i don't receive emails - instead, when i open up my browser i get a small icon telling me how many new posts there are to whatever blogs i've signed up for.
it works fine as a reminder to check out the blogs - but it only works in my office.
