This article from InsideHigherEd echos a lot of what we've been talking about in the last 3-4 months. I find it very intriguing that Northwestern has outsourced its email to Gmail.
That's great! I'm already using Gmail to manage my IWU email and I think Lauren is, too. I've also noticed Kris and Sarah G.W. seem to be using it while they are away...

What would be the advantage to me of switching to Gmail, given that our current environment is not outsourced to Google?
